At Richens Kitchen, we strive to deliver your premium nuts, dry fruits, and other products as quickly and safely as possible. We understand that receiving your order promptly is important, and we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout:

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Same-day delivery is currently available only in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed after 4 PM IST may be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all states and union territories in India. For international shipping, please contact our customer service team.
Some remote areas may experience additional delivery delays or may not be eligible for express or same-day shipping options. The available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted shipping partners including BlueDart, DTDC, and Delhivery to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The specific carrier for your order will be determined based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Product Packaging
All our products are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. Our nuts and dry fruits are sealed in airtight, food-grade packaging to preserve their flavor and nutritional value. For gift orders, we offer premium packaging options that you can select during checkout.
