Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Richens Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged or tampered with
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
- Products with broken or damaged seals
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service
Email us at returns@richenskitchen.com or call +91 8053000831to initiate your return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Package Your Return
Securely package the unused product in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and your order details inside the package.
Ship Your Return
Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate this in your initial return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to process
- Store credit is issued immediately and can be used for future purchases
Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we'll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim faster. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all shipping costs.
