We accept returns and provide refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

- Products that are incorrectly shipped (wrong items)

Return Shipping
Package the items securely and ship them back to us using the provided return address.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card
- UPI/Net Banking payments will be refunded to the source account
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping), we will refund the shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products of equal value. If you wish to exchange a product for one of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. For products of lower value, we will refund the difference.
