Many of our nuts and dry fruits are organic, and they are clearly labeled as such on our product pages. We source our organic products from certified organic farms that follow strict guidelines for cultivation without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
We maintain strict quality control measures throughout our supply chain. Our products are stored in temperature-controlled environments, and we follow a first-in, first-out inventory system. We also package our products in airtight, resealable containers to maintain freshness after opening.
Our natural nuts and dry fruits do not contain any preservatives or additives. For our flavored or processed products, all ingredients are clearly listed on the product page and packaging.
The shelf life varies by product. Generally, our nuts and dry fruits remain fresh for 3-6 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place. Each product has a 'Best Before' date printed on the packaging.
We clearly label all potential allergens on our product pages and packaging. However, all our products are processed in facilities that may also process tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and dairy products. If you have severe allergies, please contact us for more specific information.
You can place an order by browsing our products, adding items to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. You'll need to create an account or check out as a guest, provide shipping information, and complete the payment process.
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number if you need to make changes.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI payments, net banking, and cash on delivery (for orders under ₹5,000).
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will attempt to deliver again the next business day. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer service team will contact you.
Yes, we ship to all states and union territories in India. However, delivery to some remote areas may take additional time.
Our products are carefully packaged in airtight, food-grade containers to maintain freshness. These are then placed in protective shipping boxes with appropriate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.

Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (such as sending a damaged or incorrect item). For all other returns, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
